Contax C/Y Mutar converter's

I have been looking through the varies Zeiss Mutar Converter's There is Model 1 and Model ll and model lll in 1.4 and 2x converters . But the question is Which of these converters will work with Zeiss C/Y lens the 35-70mm F3.4 marco lens ! thanks for any and all help :
