Online camera shops in Denmark...?

David Bell , Oct 10, 2005; 03:09 p.m.

Hi all,

Does anyone know of any online camera equipment shops based in Denmark? I am after a Canon 70-200mm lens and have been told their is a surplus of these over there. I live in the UK so the warranty would still apply, unlike ordering one from the US.

Thanks, Dave

I don't think you want to buy in Denmark, we have a 25% VAT that you will have to pay, living in the EU, except if you are a professional and can get a refund on the VAT.

Most people here buy in Germany or take a chance on tax and VAT and buy in the US.

You could try http://www.photografica.dk/ but their online shop is not worth much. Call them. They have a good reputation though.

My son already got his 5D 2 weeks ago in that shop.

Another one is http://www.fotoc.dk/
