Buy 7D now or wait

Hi Guys,
I am planning to buy Canon 7D, I have been reading that there will be a replacement for 7D. If there is a replacement 7D prices may go down significantly. any idea about new announcements?

Anybody's guess. Buy the 7D and enjoy.

1) We have no idea if (much less when) a 7D replacement will be launched, much less available in quantity
2) Even if a new 7D was released today, there will not be a flood of older 7Ds on the market so don't expect much change in used prices.
3) As the new model will be more expensive (at least this we know for a fact) than the old model, don't expect dealers to do any deep discounting on remaining new stock unless they have tons of them sitting around. Has occasionally happened, but don't hold your breath.

If you want to buy 7D, buy it today...... and enjoy....don't include thousands of if and else...
