I didn't see this listed on Microsoft.com, but I have seen it other places that are usually pretty reliable.

The deal starts Oct. 3 in the United States. It will be available in Canada, Britain, Germany, France and Australia on Oct. 22. The Family Pack can be purchased at retail stores. It will also be available from the online Microsoft Store.

This is just a rerun of the original family package to upgrade 3 PCs to Win7 for $149.99.
