Kodak C530 says Filesys Error E00100

I have just purchased a Kodak EasyShare C530 and a Kodak SD card 2GB. When I insert the SD card I get the error message FILESYS ERROR e00100. Can anyone help me?

That camera cannot take 2gb cards. (Googled it.) Return the card-- it can only use up to 1 gig.

i bought three different brands and 8 memory cards form 3 different shop for my camera same as above and another camera and it is say filesys error e00100. i had a memory car for two year and it is now also saying filesys error e00100?...
also someone mentioned that they only take upto 1gb memory in the kodak easyshare c530 but i have use a 2gb in my before. and my mum has a 2gb in hers and it is working.
