Pictures of the new lens lineup, as well as an interesting surprise on K-mount mirrorless lenses. May make the K-01 and it's successors a bit more interesting.

That seems to be quite a good line up of lenses and much investment into the various systems. Ricoh is certainly putting money into Pentax.

So the surprise is that the pictured XS lens is a wide-angle non-retrofocal design that sticks back where the mirror otherwise would be?

I am really looking forward to reviews of the K-01.

It only means that the bulk of the lens will be hidden inside the bulk of the body. The lens depicted there is not compact in itself.
