35mm film rebate style frame action

I would like to know if anyone knows where I might find a traditional 35mm film rebate style frame effect for photosho CS.Thanks Terry

A way to create this effect using photoshop alone would be to extend the canvas with a black background, then using the eraser tool, click on brushes-dry media brushes-pastel medium tip brush (click on the small arrow at the top of the panel) Then simply start painting the border around the black, it give you a pretty good effect!
