Anyone know where you can get refillable cartridges for the R2400 under Epson's
new facist state?

Google says: www.inksupply.com

The inksupply.com ones work reasonably well. Do get extra chips and carts for when they go bad. It's also possible to refill Epson carts but it is more of a pain and is more messy.

Try Efillink I've been using their refillable cartridges and pigment ink IMHO the ink is better than OEM with no bronzing, metamerism or gloss differential. The ink is made in the USA and the cartridges are spongeless and made in China. The fellow who runs the website can be reached by email or skype for questions.

Thanks allot Steven, sorry to piggy-back on this post, but I was going broke using my R2400. Are these inks the same as the K3 inks with their archival properties ?

The pigment inks are of archival quality. I'm quite certain the inks are the equivalent of K3 inks for the R2400 but I would recommend you contact RonnieLuk by Skype and discuss this with him. He's more than willing to talk and is very helpfull. Before ordering from him I reviewed the testimonials and made the plunge with some skepticism. I'm now a believer. One caveat---you should profile the ink/paper combinations.

Try efillink (USA) or rihac (australia)
I have researched tonnes of CIS on the internet and those are the 2 most reputable ones. They cost abit more than the rest but they have gotten much better reviews on print quality. efillink specializes in Epson solutions so I will go with efillink. Another advantage is that they can be contacted via skype and yahoo messenger.
