Installing ACR 6.6 update?

I have preordered a Sony NEX 7, and tried downloading ACR 6.6, which supports this camera. I have had no luck installing it. It keeps telling me to close Photoshop CS5 to continue, however CS5 IS closed! Any suggestions?

How are you downloading ACR 6.6, by using Help>Updates in CS5? lf so, are you manually exiting CS5 after the update page appears?
If so and it's not working, try a manual download from here:

http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/

That page also has download instructions for both automatic and manual downloads...

If the above doesn't work, and you are running in Windows, go to Task Manager, click on "Processes", sort on the "name" column, and see if any instances of PS are still running. This happens on my system more often that I care to remember. If other PS processes are running, kill them and start over.
