There are a lot of better Street pictures and photographers on PN.

I am in total agreement with Mr. Arguelles. On the other hand, since photography, as a visual medium is shared with all around us, it is always rewarding, ( and certainly a boost to the ego ) when the viewer, regardless of his/her competence or qualifications likes them.

Thank you.

So let's name them: Ian MacEachern http://photo.net/photodb/user?user_id=362144

Tony Dummett http://photo.net/photodb/folder?folder_id=93013

These are my favorites - and yours?

Anyway - It's a good new overview for me what the Editors gave us - wounder how they walk through all that stuff.

Regards Axel

Great collection of street photos, thanks for sharing.

Without naming any names, several of the highlighted photographers here are indeed excellent street photographers, though some of the others highlighted here are not necessarily in that same class.

In addition to Ian McEachern and Tony Dummett, I would personally add Frederic Pascual in the same class of excellent street photographers.

In addition to Frederic Pascual named above, whom I think is one of the GREAT street photographers who has posted on Photo.net but seldom posts now (if at all), I also would add the name Giuseppe Pasquali of Rome, whose 'street' style has a more 'formal', exact and somewhat disciplined approach than that of myself and most others who shoot 'street', but it's wonderful and often full of surprises including humor, visual fulfillment, and it's almost always delightful 'street' with a particular style and flair that is Pasquali's own.

His work currently is on exhibition at a gallery in Bruges, Belgium, I understand.

I could also name others, as there are many wonderful 'street' shooters on Photo.net or who have posted some wonderful street shots during the time I have been posting on this service, a little more than five years at this posting -- so if I don't name them, it dosn't mean they aren't worthy of recognition.

Tony Dummett and Ian Mc Eachern's work ought to be presented on this page, I think.
