For additional customization of your ImagePRO site, you can design
and add your own header graphic. This part of the guide has two
sections: how to design your header graphic, and how to upload to your
ImagePRO site. Click on the links below to go directly to each section
of the guide.
1. Open up Photoshop. These instructions are for CS3, but can be
applied to any version of Photoshop you are using. Select File >
New. Enter in the dimensions of the new file you wish to
create. Width: 950 (px), Height: 75 (px), Resolution: 72
(pixels/inch), Color Mode: RGB Color, 8 bit, Background Contents:
White. Select "OK".
2. You can design the header graphic however you wish. If you want to
add in a background element, choose File > Place > select image from
your gallery. You could also select a montage of images for your
header. Or select the paint bucket tool and add a background color.
Add in text for your photography business or identification.
3. Check the final dimensions of the file. Image > Image Size and make
sure the width is 950px and the height is 75px.
4. Make sure to choose File > Save for Web & Devices.
Uploading your Header Graphic to your ImagePRO site
1. From the main admin bar at the top, select "Theme/Header"
2. Under "Select Site Header Type", choose "Image Header" from the drop-down menu.
3. Select Header Image (should be either a jpg or gif file, sized
950px by 75px). Select "browse" to choose the header image from where
you saved it on your harddrive. Select "Update".
