The Technika III is an older camera but still Very Very good. people say its better built then the newer models. The Ground Glass in your camera is probably original and a bit old. if you have a small screw driver you can easily take the glass off and wash it under water with some soap and dry it. it should help. If you use a dark cloth that will help with focusing as well.
Small pinholes are very common with these cameras. if you have any you should use Liquid Electrical tape. It works great for small pinholes. you just paint the inside corners of the bellows with that stuff, let it dry and you're finished! if you have a Home Depot where you live you can get some there. heres a link:

If you want to buy new Ground Glass and Fresnel, I like this Yanke Brand. I have used this brand before and I highly recommend it. Its made in China, but the Quality is very good. takes about 2 weeks for delivery. make sure you measure your Ground Glass first to make sure it will fit. $89 is a great price. heres a link:
