Does anyone have any experience with the adapters being offered on ebay from luxurylife114270?

Your best bet is to purchase from Camera Quest or look for the ones that have Leica imprinted on them. I purchased two from Cambridge Camera out of NYC and they did not align properly. I sent them back in a package that was inside another package that UPS enclosed them in. Well Cambridge gave me credit for only one and over the phone said they only received one, LIE. LIE, LIE!. I asked Master Card give me credit and they did. I then looked on previous postings and I found out how they handled customers.

Well, that dealer has some interesting stuff .... But as you probably know, such 'off-brand' adapters are notoriously variable, and some are distinctly problematic.
At $3.99 plus postage I'd hardly expect the Luxurylife adapters to be of comparable quality or precision to a German or Japanese version (such as Voigtlander and Leica). And if it doesn't work correctly there' may be little that can be done (technically) to remedy the situation.
For a total cost of $8 they might be worth a try. Personally, I'd rather spend 3 or 4 times that price on a used authentic one. But if you do buy one please let us know how it goes.
