A good Nikon Wednesday to everyone. Though we're now into February, we're having some uncharacteristically above-freezing weather. That wasn't stopping a lot of people from enjoying a Friday night in a temporary ice rink put up in one of our local town squares. I think I saw two or three people who knew what they were doing, but everyone else was still having fun. Saw a lot of friends holding on for dear life and laughing. Perhaps it helps that the rink is just outside several busy bars. Still, it was a chance to practice movement shots in really poor light at high ISOs. I'm still surprised what I can get away with on the ol' D300.
