This is a terrific collection. You have a great eye and the technique to bring to life what you see. Your flowers have a rare originality that I can only envy. The rest of your shots percolate with surpises and twists.

Leslie, probably one of my favorite galleries on p.net. What an amazing collection of images you have presented here. So many jewels it would be hard to pick a favorite. Just amazing work... Dave

Hello,
you have a great and sometimes very provocative collection. Maybe in some cases you cross the border "of good taste" but what is taste? It is subjective - and so it is art... alex

Leslie you put together a world class portfolio here, and one of real depth across categories. A real pleasure to see your work.

What an interesting and varied portfolio! Everything from a dead squirrel in a Ziplock bag to a mantis in a fluted champagne glass, so much of your work contains some sort of subtle mystery that leaves us viewers wondering. I love it.

Hi!
I came across the most interesting piece of work in general. The variations in subjects, the colours used, the themes depicted are of a genre of your own. Maybe as time goes by I undrerstand more and more the depth of your visions as for "elderly" there are much to be said. Amateurs (IMO),we are all no matter if some of us we are paid professionaly :-) Your name rings me a bell from somewhere so, I dont think you started say some months ago... :-) I hope I discover you day by day more in your photos...as also the rest of the world!

Leslie, this is an outstanding portfolio. You obviously have a great eye for color and composition. I could comment on many of your beautiful photographs but instead I'll comment on another part of your space on photo.net...your biography...very cleaver, very humble, very chuckle causing.

Some of the most beautiful flower photos I have ever seen, and at the same time, some of the most severe scenes... really shocking.

Leslie,
I came at your portfolio after critiquing one of your images, and I'm glad I did. Really original, often amusing works. And in addiction to the photos, I have to say, there is the added value of some puzzling comments... people get sick because they see a photo of a rabbit without head? I'm scratching my head, frankly. Besides, that photo is quite interesting.
Go on like this!

The tumbleweed caught my eye for its composition and simplicity which led me to see the other images you posted. You take subjects that are so often photographed (e.g., flowers) and manage to present them in a completely different light -- literally. Excellent work.
