Great
I have to say that this shot is really good. The reason I say this is because of the mood and color. I like the way the green and blue combine in the photo; it is as if you can feel the air and hear the sounds just by looking at it.

beauty, but I would prefer a wider aperture
Love the colors and composition, but I wonder if a shorter exposure at a wider aperture couldn't have produced a similar effect.
The water is extremely ethereal, and very pleasing. Likewise, the color and detail on the rocks and moss is beautiful. The detail and softer green top center (background, past the rocks) is distracting for me, however. I don't know whether the same effect on the water could have been acheived by opening up a stop or more, but I'd be interested to see it if you had taken that variation.
A photo to be proud of, though, no doubt.

What a shot. This must have been very hard to capture, and the five missed shots shows how hard. Incredible composition, lighting, exposure must have been very difficult.

This is a WONDERFUL photograph. The colors/contrast/timelapsed water. It is all so good. I hope that sometime in my life I get to take such a photo. Very Nice.

Beautiful
This is a beautiful picture. The water's luminence and color are astounding; and the detail in the rocks and vegetation is very nice as well. I think that I might agree with Terence, however, regarding the vegetation in the far background. Losing just a bit of focus there (and perhaps even some light), would bring the composition together for me a bit more. Nonetheless, 9/10.

Mystique
Excellent photo, I like the tone and atmosphere created by this photo. Like people have mentioned, it is a photo to be proud of indeed ! Keep up the excellent work!

Nice
I like the rich greens and the vibrant blue at the bottom they go together very well, the trees in the background come out rather dull in comparison and perhaps would have been better blurred out, apart from that very nice.

Missed shots?
I guess the key to that is bringing another camera so you can still take pictures while you're exposing your 8X10 (although I'd shudder at having to carry two 8X10 cameras into the woods with me).
Great shot though!

Love the blues and the greens and the super long exposure. The inability to actually see details in the water adds a mystical quality. Very nice.

Sir,
Sir, this picture is surreal. Wonderful image.

This sums up a forest creek, but one would have to study the water for a long time with the naked eye to see that hue of blue. Maybe I should just say 'wow'.

Love the color...how much dry ice did that take? :::grin:::

Great photo
Wooooooooooow!!! Excellent exposure time creating the wonderful effect on water and capturing detail and color on the rocks.

Respect
Well done. I think my favorite thing about this image is the pattern of the jagged/sharp rocks jutting into the soft surreal blue water. Very exciting capture.
