Amazing Grace

I wish I knew the name of these flowers, they leaned so gracefully over the edge of the riverbank. (thanks for stopping by, Gail)

Just happened to see this pop up as the most recent submission to the site.  What a wonderful first picture to greet the morning.

I took so many photos last fall, just getting round to them.  This one seemed Positive and calming....a good way as you said to start the day, and it helped me just to work on it.  Thanks for dropping by, truly appreciate your support, Gail

Amazing beauty. Marvelous presentation. This is a composition with very high aesthetic value and brilliant light-effect. The soft background is really fantastic. Best regards.

Good Afternoon

This is original and beautiful, superb exposure setup here and very fine details along with very vivid and pleasant colors, the blurred background do provide the adequate separation factor for the main subject in the foreground.

Thank you my friend for sharing it and wishing you all of the best.

Wonderful flower picture!

What a coincidence, I also requested critique for one flower picture and said: "Please tell me what kind of flower is this" in it!

This is beautifully done, Gail. The arrangement is very appealing and the thrown off background compliments the flowers. Best regards! - Lester

Hi Gail

I hope you are keeping well.  I like the really fresh looking quality of this shot, the prevailing light illuminates the image so well but without losing any detail. Its looks almost touchable and sniffable........"sniffable" is that a word? .....well it is now : - )

Gorgeous Image Gail!

Best Regards

Really lovely, Gail.  Delicate, reaching to life, pretty colors, and attention to different details of stages of blooming, which I particularly enjoy.

Hard to believe you are heading into winter...does it get very cold 'down under'????? You have lived in so many places, it must be amazing to see so many 'seasons' in so many places.  I do hope you don't have too cold a winter, thankyou for your kind words, Gail

Hello Gail,

It must be a wonderful place down there at these riverbanks. I especially like such places where a plenty of flowers grow and fresh water is bubbling and flowing around and beneath them, and everything is immersed in sunlight. You have captured such a scene excellently and manage to convey this special mood and atmosphere very effectively as well one may find at such special places.
