Nope
I think its great just the way it is, nice effect, similar to infra-red film. Good work.

Great shot. Love this scene, absolutely beautiful. Great lead in with the walk. Remember you don't have to start those roads directly front and center in the frame.

I found your image exceptionally well composed and very pleasing to the eye. I would not change it in any way. Congratulations!
Timo Heubach , February 17, 2004; 06:46 A.M.
Great composition. The framing of the road is just right and it's simplistic winding contrasts with the complexity of the trees. It thus creates a very pleasant balance in the picture.
Great work!

-- P r a d e e p R a g h u n a t h a n I appreciate your comment. you need a set of filters to shoot infra....don't know if you tried that...like the R72 made by HOYA to be honest I had a hard time to find one....and i still didn't so i improvised my own A NEUTRAL DENSITY 8 FILTER SOME POLARIZERS STACKED TOGETHER .....Give it a try it might work....and another surreal world might show up
Tony Georgiadis , March 30, 2004; 02:29 P.M.
Al am flattered,I appreciate your comment am enjoyed if I could transmit through the photo such a feeling.

Need some help
first of all, i've looked at your entire ir folder and am very amazed with your work.
if it's not too much maybe you could help me out.
i've acquired recently an f717 and an r72 filter and i would like to know exactly what filters (ps work etc.) you use for your shots. i am going on a trip this weekend and it would be a huge thing if i can somehow shoot ir with similar skill. thanks in advance.

One Of Your Best
This is one of your finest images posted to date, IMO. Composition is striking with the "S-curve" winding up the left vertical and forming what almost appears to be a frame (???) for the tree at right---which stands out as a major subject. This image is not one of those where the eye lands on one spot and gets hung without conscious effort to look around. The eye surveys the scene freely and easily and returns again and again to the tree in the curve or the large, dark tree trunk at the far end of the pavement.
Regards,
Certo

phenominal stuf
Hey Tony your photos are an exelent balance between photography and art, a very sureal look.
I have some questions about the 717?
-is the shutter speed fixed at 1/60 in nightshot mode
-can you adjust the aperture for depth of field or add and subtract density filters to achive proper exposure
-how sharp are the photos at 8X10
The reason Iam asking is I want to try shooting some wedding infrared but most digitals need 4-8 seconds exposure with an R72 which to slow for people shots.
thanks.
PS (you have a very large and inspiring library)
Nice work
