Maria, let me do two suggestions to this shot : try to crop a bit of the sky and a bit of the grass at the bottom (that is, make slightly more rectangular the image)and also I think it would have been better a more conservative use of Photoshop... Kind regards,

Bellissimo verde e bella composizione! Ottima secondo me anche l'idea di inserire il casolare all'estrema destra. Ciao.

Very interesting composition. I like the original better Maria but there's a little distracting white spot just in front of the trees.

Joseph and Thomas are saying the photog overdid PS.. The photog doesnt say PS was used, and... what are we expected to see here..a drab digital scene or a brillianr fuji scene. Guess some people no longer can accept the natural colors of film and nature..Re the pix, I would crop out the top right bit of building which distracts a little from the cypress zig zag, and a little less sky as already suggested, making the shot more earthy..Good perspective, strict clear composition with small croppings..

To Thomas Turk

You'r writhe, but a lot of people, on this site loves a massive use of photoshop, some others do that for work, and do not see at photos not alterated. More, if you use films and not digital camera, you need a scanner that, naturaly, alterate the colors and the definition of the piture. Hear is the picture in original, like scanner present on computer. But is not what you see looking at the paper-photo

Thomas Turk , April 20, 2004; 12:39 P.M.

That will be a bunny rabbit or pussy cat or white egret..Alec..film picks them all up..

Beautiful photo - really mouth watering esthetics. A fitting testament to a fabulous location. You are very lucky to live in such a picturesque country.

Ciao!

Beautiful shot, Maria! I wouldn't crop any of it, I think the composition is well balanced the way it is..I especially like the traces in the field at the botton 'cause they draw the eye into the picture and give depth to it. Brava!

Thanks, realy from deep of me, for all your comments. I apreciate a lot your interest and your worlds. Molto originale!

Maria, a striking scene with beautiful (film based) saturated greens. Lovely image and a good discussion. Regards Paul.

x Diego e Maria

Maria,I think the original image is better , I don't know why the clouds disappeared, maybe you didn't worked the sky in a proper way with ps; nice composition...

verde e simmetrie
