Good lighting and color very good use of DOF and pose; the arm leads the eye to the face and eyes.
I do find the sun glasses on her head to be a bit distracting.

I really like the harmony of colors. Although I would have prefered to eliminate the glasses.

Great shot! The hand in foreground creates a sense of closeness with the girl, and the out-of-focus makes it not too much distracting. I really like the tonality and the DOF. Congrats!
