7/7!
tried to make pictures of flying swallows myself, it is very difficult to keep them in the lens and then also get it sharp, i did not succeed up to now. very good shot, regards Dirk
Great shot and very hard to do! The light was just right and this is really sharp. My only (minor) nit is that the background is just a little busy. I'd still be very pleased if I had taken this shot just for the sheer difficulty in pulling it off and you did it so well.
Hola Hector, this is my favourite picture in your portfolio because it uses colour so effectively and also because I guess that it was the most technically challenging to take. Superb sharpness for a bird so small and fast and breathtaking composition. 6/7
This is excellent! I am amazed you were able to capture such a sharp photo as the bird flew by. I especcialy like the iridiscent hightlights. My only suggestion would have been to shoot at a large aperature to blur the background even more.
Incredible capture of this speedy fellow.I was surprised to see so much detail and sharpness on a very unpredictable and fast bird. I can't even imagine trying to track him with the camera let alone getting a usable shot. Congrats! Regards Anthony
These birds flock to my house every summer and terrorize me as I mow the lawn; okay, maybe they don't exactly terrorize me, but they dive bomb my face again and again with near misses. I eventually learned to almost enjoy it, watching their various maneuvers and dodges, they are pretty birds, if completely out of their bird brained noggins. Great wing-shapes too
