Very very nice and powerful composition. Just two little things that MIGHT help: 1, rotate CCW 2 degrees so the tree is straight; 2, saturate the sky a little more to have a better balance. It's just my opinion. I love this photo a great deal over all. Congratulations.

Yes, excelent photo. Just one thing that MIGHT help: crop little from the bottom. It's just my opinion. I love this photo a great deal over all. Congratulations!

I have to disagree about the crop and rotate suggestions. It works fine just as it is IMHO. Simple but complex. Good balance. Very nice.

Love the lines through the wavy turf. And the storm-assisted light, of course.

The simple, effective composition is a perfect stage to showcase the magical spot light, brought to you by the Almighty Himself! Congratulations. ^_^

excellent landscape!!!!!!!!

sudden highlight
could be nicer if there's some human with costume of contrasting colours like red.

Thanks for your remark Najib. Unfortunately the highlight was, as I said, sudden and quick and I couldn't have the sunray and some costumed persons in red together in that square all at the same time. But next time I'll think about it ;-)
@ Ray:
Thank you for your very nice suggestions (btw there must also be some blurring in your version). My wife prefers your picture, so I'm quite puzzled now, because she's always right in her tastes ;-)
Cheers !

Lucky light... but also very well composed! I really like the place you've put the line between the two fields and the tree, not to mention the relative amount of sky and land.
