Funny, but I keep thinking.. 'why?' The photo fails to communicate the story, I think.

Too many....

I think one "mini-me" would have made this a better composition. Not sure what the tweezers are for, but the little guy doesn't seem to be in any distress and somehow I'd think he should be.
