Striking Contrast...

This speaks so loudly, from the $$$$ in the distance to the trailer park in the center to the wreckage in the foreground. GREAT JOB. Was the original in color or B&W? If color I'd like to see that for further comparison.

I don't think the red highlight is necessary. . . but otherwise I like this composotion the best of the three that you posted of the same scene.

I agree with Travis, the red highlight is overkill. Let the scene speak for itself. Nice catch.

I've seen color added I guess this just wasn't the right picture, I will change the photo to original, for those that read the comments after the fact I had just made Harrahs Red so it stood out as more than a just building, based on comments I have reverted back to my original Picture in raw form

I think it is a mistake to involve critiquers in the story behind this photo. Critique shots need to stand by themselves. I only came to look at this shot, which I feel is very effective. Please don't use this forum as a political outlet.

Human" Interest

I really like the theme behind this shot. Just can't come to terms with the rather flat tones, throughout. At least the Casino/Hotel should look inviting, as it always does, in contrast to the devastation, gambling can cause.

"Human" Interest

I don't have the PS experience to render it the way I see it,but I'll try to convey my thoughts on it. I was also thinking in terms of "It's a Slippery Slope, and Cause and Effect" for titles. Properly done, it would make a great Gamblers Anonymous, poster.
