With respect, I think I must be missing something here that the 7/7 raters are seeing. The upload quality is very poor and the hotspots on the face very harsh. Also, it's a shame there's no catchlight in the eye.

I think some time spent in Photoshop could improve this a lot.

There is a lot of room for improvement on this one, in my opinion. The shadow on her face from the flower could be removed. The softness, though I think deliberate, looks as though the subject was simply out of focus. The eye should be sharp in a portrait, but isn't? Lastly, the face is not precisely bisected by the frame, but could be by adjusting the image's tilt and re-cropping.

this photo stood out of all others. perfect composition, crop, colors, eye contact. but i do mind such a bad scan. scan it again, with much higher resolution. this photo deserves a much better scan. excellent
