This is, without question, the very best Giraffe shot I have ever seen.
Is this the famous "I Want a Clark Bar" Giraffe?

Untouched Original
Here's the original. The really nice thing about shooting RAW is that the resolution is so high that a smaller good quality image can be cropped from the original. The trade off, of course, is the much larger file size.

Hey Ken greetings from Italy, great photo. I like the detail and the bokeh. The internet is spotty here in northern Italy and I an not sure I want to post based on what I see on my crappy laptop.

Hey Pete. Get some good shots in and don't drink too much wine. I don't blame you for not posting. My images look a lot different on my laptop than my 26 inch flatscreen. Thanks for your comment.

Ken, Pete,
Ken, very nice job with the PS work at top! I didn't even notice that earlier. ^_^
Pete, howdy! Let us know which lens you've been using more of; maybe the 28-75? Drink an extra glass of wine on my behalf, will ya? ^_^

Really wonderful Ken! I love his/her expression! With eyes so far apart makes you wonder how they walk forward????? :) Nice PS work at the top!

very good colours and composition but i think that it would be better if you crop some from right.

Hi Ken And Peter M C. :o)
Very good Picture Ken. 6/6.
I have not started to shoot in Raw yet, I don't like all the extra work. Maybe in time I will start but don't feel like the extra work right now. Stop by and see what you think of my Jpeg shooting so far. Nice Head Shot. ;o)
Peter I hope your having a great Time in Italy!

A lovely portrait. How high were you standing when you took this shot? Seems as tall as the giraffe. Nice.........

As you back up very fast.
Nice candid.
