Excellent portrait, incredible crystalline look. A great lighting and choice of cold tones. I would prefer the horizontal format, I believe that it wins in presentation.

PS. The first version was in horizontal crop, but I think it's simple and typical view... + I all my photos in this site have horizontal crop, It's make this photo is different.

I like it alot.
Although I agree with Peter that it should be rotated, I don't think his is rotated to my liking either.

buena pero creo...
no me malinterpretes creo que es una muy buena composicion pero creo y a mi parecer tiene demasiado retoque en photshop creo ademas la modelo me parece no lo necesita por que es bellisima hermosos labios espero no lo tomes a mal al fin y al cabo es solo una critica constructiva

It doesn't need rotation. For one thing it appears to be designed to have copy (like a title or advertising) superimposed over the lower portion. For another, the large black area adds drama, makes a dynamic image.
This image seems to refer back in time to a movie from the forties. The lighting almost looks like it's from that era, but it's modern, far softer and the eyes and lips are resolved more sharply than would have been done back then.
Back in the forties, the "actress" would have been heavily made-up, and the print would have been heavily retouched, just as this was heavily Photoshopped. The only inauthentic or fake touch seems the excessively "illustrated" eye lashes.
