Chitral Scout

A soldier of the Chitral Scouts on duty in the Hindukush. Their headgear is a white woolen Chitrali hat with a silver head of a Markhor goat with long spiral horns going straight up. The feathers add the last touch. I took the picture close to Shandur Pass around 11,000 ft. Critiques and comments are welcome.

Shame the background isn't in focus too, they eye wants to inspect the hills as well as the inhabitant. Quite good, though.

Hey, I like this one. You might want to control your depth of field a little more. To me, the background should be a little more blurry so as to isolate the person more cleanly, but that's just my preference.
