I really like the soft feel of this photo and your choice of sepia. I have mixed feelings about the pose.. Is the bride discouraged? feeling sad about her wedding? I would have probably cropped the sides a bit to only show the straight lines. And crop a bit at the top to get rid of that last horizontal window bar. But still very nice.

Excellent story. So sad.

Cropping is the least of the problems here. Window area is blown out with overexposure/bloom, (typical of digital equipment) and I find it distracting. (the) Foreground is too dark. The image is tonally very flat, the girl's gown almost blending into the wall in the background. Shooting against a bright background is risky. What is the camera's exposure system /light meter REALLY measuring? While I'm no Zone system fanatic, reading it does help in ALL aspects of photography. Some newer cameras have a very sophisticated ability to help images like this with fill flash. An image like this often works better when converted to grayscale / BW ajusted as a BW, THEN converted back to a color image with a sepia toning.

Maybe crop it a bit more from the top so that you don't get such a glare from the white light coming in from the window.

I like the high key effect, well done.

Good one. I like it technically and her pose seems something has gone terribly wrong on her wedding day
