Unmanipulated besides minor sharpening and leveling. As with other
bullet shots, taken with my double trigger [technical

More details:
Taken with a normal DSLR and my trigger. Normal rifle with a .22 caliber bullet, if i remember correctly. This is a SOG navy seal knife. The knife is fixed in a vice. More pictures in this series coming soon. The other half of the bullet is behind the knife :) This is roughly 1/50,000 seconds after the bullet hit the knife.

incredible .... what did you do to avoid rebound ...still waiting for bullet hitting bullet shot....Question is it possible to time it?

How great this would be with the bullet perfectly frozen with no motion blur. Great shot and a very neat idea.

unfortunately slicing the bullet in half did not save the navy seal...
