looks like a fashion-type of shot, but sadly there is nothing glamourous about this girl...very nice.

excellent body of work. in a world of plenty it shocks the imagination that people have to live that way.

This is as powerful a photograph as I've ever seen. It is especially shocking to see such a beautiful young girl looking prematurely old foraging through a dump. For what? Food? How can you even discuss trivial technical details after seeing it?

Great. I am not so sure about empty space on the left side. I wonder, how would it look like with girl slightly more on left side or even the square format. But again, very good capture.

You know, I can't help but feel something sad about this image. You tell us they earn $1.00 a day, but you shot this image with a Canon 80-200 f4, a lens that costs upwards of $1,000. Am I the only one on whom the irony is not lost that had you given that lens away to anyone there you would have done a bigger service to humanity than fill the pages of pnet with images whose sole function is turn them into animals at a circus in the name of "caring".
