beautiful action shot with a lot of detail, nice composition as well. For me, too bad the horse is not facing the camera. Love horses and woould have loved to see his face.
Kind regards.
This might be the best horse photo I have ever seen. Flawless! I agree. I like how the horse is not facing the camera. It's different. I think it shows more of the horse's agility and wildness. Very well done. 7/7
I just had to come back to this shot again. Awesome! I'm usually into landscapes, but I have to say that this has to be in my top 10 photos I have seen on this site. Truly great!
What a stunning image. Above all imo it really depicts the strength of this animal...and agility. It is unusual to see such an engaging shot of a horse that only involves it's behind. What sets it apart I think is the lighting... very glamorous... almost dreamlike and this adds to the sense of awe and strength.
My only suggestion (and I'm not sure if it would actually make much of an improvement) would be to reduce the grain/roughness of the background - particularly in the top 2 thirds. The bottom is fine with the sand and rough details.. but I wonder if the image would improve at all with a cleaner grey area as a backdrop. I think the image as a whole would take on a more brilliant shine with a smoother background. Just a thought.
An amazing image, Wojtek! I have to admit it's not my favorite subject but it got my attention. I think I would agree with most of the comments by everyone else. I sincerely believe that one of the most interesting things about this image is the fact that the horse is not facing the camera. I see now the power, agility, beauty that western painters captured on canvas. This image works on so many levels. You should be very proud. Congratulations.
Dynamic and beautiful. The warm golden colours stands perfect against the "grey" environement and background. Some lack of resolution but you've managed well in the post-processing with highlights and contrast. Lovely composition. Well done.
I get an impression that you like to photograph horses? In my 60 years I've never been a person to go out of my way to see a horse picture. However, the beauty that you have captured in your portfolio is phenomenal. I'll be back to give you my rating in 14 days when PN will allow me to post a 7/7, but you deserve much more than those numbers.
Excelete, la luz es una maravilla. transmite toda la fuerza que se espera de un pura sangre. Has capturado un momento magico. Felicidades, todo tu trabajo me gusta mucho. 7/7
Dear Wojtek
I like this photo for the unusual angle of view, this beautiful chestnut Arabian has such a grace and elegance mixed to power in this movement and the fact that you have decided for this particular ''view'' makes the photo more dynamic, the floating gold mane andtail of this horse are fantastic.
WONDERFUL!!!!
