Gasp!
Don't get me wrong! This is an absolutely wonderful photograph but how the model can look so much at ease as she does in this image is almost unbelieveable. A wonderful image!

striking
The skin tones are beautiful, the use of the black background subtely impressive, and the high and low points neither overblown nor too dark. This has an untouchable, timeless quality, largely achieved, I think, by the softness of her skin and the way the background seems to fade to infinite darkness. Her "broken" body sits on the edge of this, looking somehow gentle and lovely despite the contortions and overall darkness of the image.
So, I agree with everyone else. But I'm guessing you'd like *some* criticisms. I wonder if the shot would be any more striking if she was moved farther down in the image - perhaps the rule of thirds would work here. (Though part of me really likes her almost arbitrary placement in the midst of an abyss.) The only real thing I would change would be the light on whatever jewelry is in her hair - without highlighting that too much, it might be nice to have a bit more detail.
But this is really fantastic. If you haven't enlarged/printed this in a gallery-sized print, you should really treat yourself.
