This is a crazy shot - and a great capture. The eyes are so sharp that it gives the baby's face an almost "comic" quality that boarders on the surreal.

a bit disturbing but nice
This pic is a bit unnerving but I like it. It looks like a meld of an adults eyes with the baby's face since the area around his eyes isn't as sharp as the eyes themselves. Nice compositing work.
