Beautiful image! Nice gradation in the sky from horizon to the top of the photo. Try cropping the bottom third or so of the image and see how how you like it. Although I like the angular step leading the eye into the picture, there's a lot of foreground to contend with and in my opinion has a tendency to compress the water and sky (which really are very lovely components of this photo).

Lovely, lovely, lovely! Perfect composition, the only comment I can ad, to make the steps perpendicular with the horizon or the base of the image. How do you get a light to the foreground/shore?
