Expressive photo; it is all about the eyes: the synthetic happyness from that doll's eyes vs the sad and contemplative look from the little girl's eyes. The high light from the girl's right shoulder goes with the doll's happy face and the dark light goes with the sad face of the girl. Well composed image, congratulations.
