Great street shot. The Boulevard sign adds a lot. She is centrally framed at the moment of capture. There's a nice geometry to the scene and a great splash of color. Strange, in most cities the hand and person STOP sign would have been lit orange, which would have been an additional interesting element. Very neatly composed shot.

There is a symbolism in this image Marjorie, the "I have a dream" and the colors of reality, the street is a bit gray, she is colorful and animates the street, like a message of hope! Good timing and street photo.
