Photographer's Request for Critique
--Holger M
Groyne
When starting photography, I did not like short lenses and avoided
them. Today, I love the perspectives possible with these. With a
flashlight, I hiked along the groynes in the dark until I found one
where the wood had interesting forms and structures. How do you like
it? (I hope Groyne in the posting title is the right English word. ;-)

Hi Holger,
Groyne is correct...and this image is really cool, such texture and colour, coupled beautifully with the vertical wide perspective gives a 'wow' image.......I really like it...well done!

Thank you for your comments!
It would be helpful if people leaving low ratings (such as 3/3) would let me know what I can improve...

Hi Holger.
Awesome use of wide-angle and this image is both captivating and very beautiful!
The "professor" giving you a 3/3 on this...needs a new set of eyes, or brain.
Great work.

Thank you for the further comments!
Lee, the low ratings are magically gone. Weirdness. ;-)

Excellent perspective and sense of depth and beautiful atmosphere created thanks to the long exposure effect on water.
