I took the photo from inside the train on the way back from the peak of Jungfrau (Top
of the Europe)... It could have a better quality if the window was open but my seat was
at the opposite side and the people sitting there didn't open it... Anyway I thought that
it worth of sharing...
Hi Kamran, nice shot I have enjoyed this view many times. I have an apparatment up on top of cliffs on the right hand side where tree lines are at 1750 meters. These cliffs are a meka for base jumpers people jump there nearly everyday. You should pay murren a visit. Kind regards Carl
attached the shot back in the other directions. Looking from your shot, I am sitting on the second peak on the right hand side where the white clouds are just covering it.
Wow Carl!.. It's very exciting to receive a comment like that... It should be very exceptional to live in such a place... I'm very glad to share such a photo with you... It's an amazing place... I know that I'll will come there again... And definitely will spend more time around...
I normally wouldn't even consider shooting through a window like that, but you did well to break the rules. I assume it was slowly going up and so a fast shutter speed got you this sharp shot. I love this area also and climbed the ice wall of the Grosshorn on the left many years ago. Carl is right about Murren, when I brought my wife there we took the cable car up and had a wonderful hike above the town.
