Photographer Biography
Born in Kurdistan, Sulaymaniyah. Northeast of Iraq.
I am a painter and a digital photographer. I like to think of myself as a self-motivated ambitious individual who has the enthusiasm of working towards and achieving demanding goals. I am a dedicated crafts man who works hard to create good Art. Most of the time I work from my home studio where I try to look for new ways of expressing myself. I believe I face reality calmly. The results are always new to me but at the same time deeply connected to what I am.
I take my inspirations from my previous environment and my current surroundings, borrowing from almost everything: my childhood, images from news, books about true stories and real people, actual cultures facts or information about war conflicts of war form. My work can be described as visual art often ventures in to anti-realism and questioning about self-identity.
