remote trigger recommendations etc

I'm looking to expand my flash capabilities. I have a metz 48 (problems with my pentax 360) on a pentax K10. I am looking to put this onto a bracket away from the hotshoe. I have recently purchased a cheap sunpak 511 and can also get a sunpak 555 for a good price. What recommendation are there for remote trggering devises. any other tips for having a set up that is essentially very mobile, 'fire away'. Thanks Max

I love the Cybersyncs I got recently from White Lightning/Alien Bees (not the new CyberCommander). If your flashes don't have a pc connection, you can get an adapter from them that attaches to the flash hotshoe. You still have to manually adjust each flash's output.

Thanks for that advise..led me onto more photo gear sites...where's the day gone?
