Bravo !

Bravo !!

hello limasset, i just looked through your portfolio and find some very fine portraits and paris city views. you are apparently one of the few photographers in photonet, who stick with classical analog film using a leica camera. i admit, it would be hard to give up such a fine instrument. cheers, dieter

Thanks for visitting my portfolio, so I've had the opportunity of known your own work. I really like it and I will follow your new posts. Regarding your questions on my scanning process, I scan my film with Microtek i900. I feel it is a good flat bed scanner, since it has a specifically devoted slot for film. Film devoted scanner would be much better, but they are too much expensive for medium format. I scan at 3200dpi at 18bytes. It allows good enlargements. The main problem is the lack of sharpness which it is a main concern for me. Any help or suggestion on this would be of a great help for me.

Wonderful portfolio. I like landscapes but, above all, portraits where you are able to capture moments and feeling creating photos that everyone wish to have in his memories. Congratulations!
