Like your portfolio, sepcially your photos of "Chapel of cross", the sky is so beautiful. The picture of the graveyard I think would look better in B&W with more contrast. Keep on working!

I loved watching your Tiger, Pumpkin and Mr. Bones (they attracted me here, actually), and also the beautiful black&whites, the abstracts and the still life compositions. You have a very perceptive eye and an excellent aesthetic sense. Cheers, S.

Thanks for looking Sabina, I appreciate the comments. For some reason my cat pictures seem to get the most attention :)

Brad: Thanks for your comments. I had one day off while I was in Dundee Scotland and went for a walk with my Olympus OM1 and a few rolls of film, it was a good day. I checked out your portfolio and I am very impressed with your work. You have a great eye for composition, keep up the excellent work, keeping posting and good luck. Ken

Hi Brad, I was stumbling around when I happened onto your portfolio. I'll tell you up front that I'm quite impressed by your architecture work. Your use of light and contrast to create distinct and striking images is remarkable. Don't let some of the low ratings discourage you. It happened to me, too, but as your pictures stay up there longer, more people who appreciate your work will show up and the ratings will improve. Keep up the good work. Emmanuel.

Brad,
I really enjoyed looking through your portfolio. Out of your subjects, I feel you have the greatest connection with your built environment. Your formal architectural shots are extremely effective at conveying the design of your subjects. For religious structures you chose to separate them from their context. This makes perfect sense, as these are set styles and forms that are transplanted from place to place. Once you move to secular subjects the sense of place returns, and you are no longer photographing strictly the massing of the structure. I feel this is a great move on your part.
Where as the other parts of your portfolio are well executed, I think you have a real gift for architectural shots. I look forward to seeing more of your work.
Take care,
Alex

cool work. it seems difficult to make so great pictures with so much life. without manipulation or photoshop painter x or so on. the images have life and atmo. the tones lines contrast on b/w images are excellent.
