Nice portfolio ... wouldn't have looked had it not been for the comments in the forum. You have a very diverse portfolio that I would not normally be exposed to since I generally keep up with Landscape shots ... my loss :-)

byron, your work shows great talent and promise. in particular, your tones and colors are excellent, and there's a lively and humorous spirit in much of your work. i encourage you to keep challenging yourself, giving yourself projects, always venturing out as needed to find subject matter worthy of your considerable skills.

I do try to go out every day or every other day at least and take a few photos, if not many photos, and if I don't take some photos I try to work on my Photoshop skills. I am always trying to learn more and gain more experience. I will definitely keep trying. again, thank you all for taking time to look and leave nice words!

from the fairy dust and cloud dancing "nice lady" :-) I LOVE your portfolio! I can so relate to your "left bored with camera" pictures! I do the same thing. Of course later I wonder what the hell I was thinking! (I've got some STRANGE photos of things I took when I was bored! LOL)

Your Sky photos are GOREGOUS and yes they are something special! Skies are one of my favorite things to shoot...forever changing and moody like a woman! :-)

thank you Seth, Brooke, and Megan for your time and comments. they are appreciated. the bluuue series ,, I was at the mall and took pictures of the frame work supporting the glass roof.. I had the white balance off accidentally (shooting in raw though) so when it came into photoshop I like the result and kept it.

Hello Friend!

Well here it is another year is passing away and we are coming into the holidays. I think time starts to go faster as we get older, it was just yesterday I wished my friends Happy Holidays and here it is again the end of a year. The holiday lights are starting to be put on some of the trees here in Dallas, we were out last night and some were lighting the trees. I wish for you all a holiday season with family and friends, after all is said and done all we have is each other.

I want all of you to know just what your comments and ratings on my work means to me, your words are my motivation, my drive to discover, to learn this art that we all love, thank you for taking time and thank you for caring about my works. At the same time thank you for letting us see your world, our lives are so much the same, we all care about our families and friends and we all share the same things, maybe someday our photos will help make for a lasting world peace. May you and your family be blessed this season.
