Salute to a genius
Amazing stuff Noah.... I very much like the 4x5 SLR project, that has been a fancy of mine for a while. Jeepers if only I was in RI!
Cheers, Dean.

Wow Noah!
You not only have some beautiful photographs but I can see that, unlike me, you don't have 10 thumbs! That's really cool what you're doing with those Polaroid cameras! I have an old Polaroid 95A (not sure what that means) with the bellows that either my mom or grandfather owned. The old shot of you is great too... I had hair down to my waist in the 70's. I think. ;-) Please keep up the great work! Best Wishes . . . beau :)

Low profile back
Noah,
Hi, I love your camera mods. I use to visit Jack Deardorff here in Chicago and even tried to intern with him just before he closed, so I have a real appreciation for fine craftsmanship. I am going to try my had at modifying the 110b and I was trying to design something that would not be as bulky or clumsy as the graflex back grafted onto a 110b. However I just saw your low profile back and it is exactly what I am looking for (and better than anything I could have come up with). Can I purchase a low profile back from you?

Low profile back
Hi Noha,
Your conversions looks great! I'm about to acquire a poloarid 110b and would like to convert it to a 4x5 film camera. Would you consider selling 1x your low-profile back? I would appreciate very much if you would consider this.
Kind regards,
Erik

Flash adapter on the 110b
Hey Noah,
Your work is simply inspiring to say the least. I am just beginning a 110b project and love your hot shoe adapter. It looks like you have machined two custom pieces for it. Would you sell the parts or is this just a labor of love for you to enjoy?
Check out my site (www.dirkfletcher.com) in the experimental section for some custom cameras of my own. It's nothing of your caliber but enjoy!

180 Camera Project
You show some remarkable things at this forum, both photographically and technically.
I own a usable Polaroid 180 with a Tominon 114mm f/4.5, but have not yet tried it with the Polaroid 3X4 film-packs -- must do so soon, before they become unavailable.
Your 180 Project appears to have the original lens/shutter combination. Is it possible to cover full-frame 4X5 with the Tominon? If so, I'd like to discuss with you having my 180 converted to 4X5.
Best wishes,
James

re: machine shop
I came across that picture and it brought back all to many memories for me, from when I was young up until my teen years when I was helping out during the summer months working along side my father and learning about photography adn the ever so growing industry.
