Hi Gianluca, i really enjoied your portfolio. I love the fact that your work starts as photo but evolves to a state that is either different from digital illustrations, painting, photography itself. It is rather a mix of the 3 things: it eliminates the clean look of the picture, it avoid the completely fake look of pure illustration, it is obvious a digital alteration, but instead of taking out something to the images it adds pathos and leave space for intepretation.

OK - now I can see more of what you do - I'm very very impressed by your subtle expressions and haunting themes. Your on my favourite list as of now. Great work.

Interessante, molto. Non sono d'accordo sull'uso eccessivo della postproduzione in digitale pur utilizzando camere digitali. Comunque complimenti. Provare a inserire qualche scatto in pi� senza "manipolazioni" ?

Parto dall'idea che sei un " maestro " e quindi tanto di cappello. Ma questo non vuol dire molto se non aggiungo che hai un occhio meraviglioso e una pp da far incazzare chi come me va a tentoni per cercare di migliorarsi. Dopo tutti questi complimenti mi permetto di aggiungere che sta tecnica del quale sei veramente padrone nel trasformare foto in disegni dovresti un p� passarmela, e tu in parte dovresti un p� dimenticartela per dare a quelle meraviglie di foto che hai fatto un volto pi� umano. Si forse perderai qualche bel voto, ma ti batterai pi� ad armi pari con te stesso, e meno te ne approfitterai della pp. Non ho idea come riesci a cogliere certe composizioni, cercher� di prendere spunti e un grosso in bocca al lupo per i nostri nuovi traguardi fotografici,,,,,, indispensabili per nuovi stimoli. You have one of the best folios on PN. I am just WOWed and would love to know how you get your painted look. Do you use Corel Painter? You make rather ordinary pictures like the kitchen sink into beautiful art pieces. I will be back many times. Bravo!

This is truely artwork and photography at it's finest! You take photography to a whole new level. I am normaly a traditionalist when it comes to photography but have been dabling in my Photo Impact program thanks to a neighbor...who is no longer here. Hello Friend!

Well here it is another year is passing away and we are coming into the holidays. I think time starts to go faster as we get older, it was just yesterday I wished my friends Happy Holidays and here it is again the end of a year. The holiday lights are starting to be put on some of the trees here in Dallas, we were out last night and some were lighting the trees. I wish for you all a holiday season with family and friends, after all is said and done all we have is each other.

I want all of you to know just what your comments and ratings on my work means to me, your words are my motivation, my drive to discover, to learn this art that we all love, thank you for taking time and thank you for caring about my works. At the same time thank you for letting us see your world, our lives are so much the same, we all care about our families and friends and we all share the same things, maybe someday our photos will help make for a lasting world peace. Mi sono davvero innamorato delle tue HDR, sia single shot che non... Ho visto casualmente un HDR di un camioncino verde con le ruote rosse e mi ricordo di aver letto un tutorial, che mi ha "iniziato" alle HDR, che partiva proprio da quella foto. Purtroppo non riesco a ritrovarlo... Trovo che le tue HDR abbiano un aspetto diverso dal solito, sembrano pi� "disegnate" rispetto a quelle che normalmente si vedono in giro. Ho provato anche io, sia seguendo il tutorial che sperimentando, a ottenere questo effetto, senza molto successo...

Avresti mica qualche consiglio!? Te ne sarei davvero grato!
