Hola Marco, por si te decides a utilizar carretes de b&n, te indicare una combinacion de pelicula y revelador que me dio muy buenos resultados: Pelicula AGFAPAN APX 100, Revelador : Rodinal Special, disolucion : 1+25, tiempo de revelado en espiral 7 minutos. o bien con revelador Ornano, disolucion 1+9 y 12 minutos de tiempo. Ambas cobinaciones me diron muy buen resultado. Saludos cordiales.

I hadn't noticed your "And More" photos before. They're wonderful, so very European and charming! You continue to show a wonderful eye for the everyday, and your images get better all the time. I like your use of B&W to color to sepia, although I think the B&W suits your style the best. Keep on shooting because I look forward to returning.

Portraits with a lot of insight, you are a people?s man! What I like is that you focus on the person and her/his personality rather than yourself (the photographer with fancy and shocking techniques). Don?t get it wrong, your pictures are also technically high end. What stands out in your portfolio is a catchy feeling of good mood, happiness, and joy. I have been meaning to append a note to your portfolio for a long time but it always took me so long to scroll down through all the comments that I always gave up before I reached bottom. However, this time I persevered so I want to say it's a pleasure to finally make your acquaintance. From your biography I notice some similarities. My mother's parents also came from Toscano, from Lucca. Like you I do not live in the land of my birth and I think this gives us a sort of unique perspective as we see things just a bit outside the matrix. Your pictures display a genuine fondness for people. They never seem cynical but always tolerant, sympathetic and amused and in this I'm sure they mirror your personality. There's a good reason you have so many visitors to your portfolio as I'm sure you have a multitude of friends in your life - everyone inherently recognizes a man of balanced judgement and sympathetic mien, as I do also. You are as prolific as I am in taking pictures and it's going to take some time to work my way through your portfolio. My best regards, Jack

We take very different sorts of photos (I once said in a newspaper interview a bit too publically when I was fifteen (taking photos of people) "that would just be weird". But I can still appreciate them, and I can see the connection you have with each of your subjects. Congratulations. Lucy

First of all let me tell you what an honor and joy it was to find your words on my portfolio. I really appreciate it Marco. I can't say it gave me the opportunity to find yours because I've already been here a lot of times in my short existence in PN. You have some amazing photos in you portfolio but what I find truly interesting is the intimate relationship you develop with your subjects. This relationship is clear on your portraits and specially in your "Children" folders. This kind of feedback is achieved with a big heart a lot of love and respect for others...technique is only 10% of it IMHO. Once again thank you Marco and "see" you soon! Hey is that really you running the marathon? You're a year older than me but apparantly in much better shape for running. I can do 50 or 100 miles on my Trek 27 gear bike but run--too much pounding on the joints. Hat's off to you my friend!

Marco--It is such a coincidence that you found my portfolio and left a comment yesterday because I had stumbled into yours the day before! I was busy with some presentations I had to give at the hosptial so didn't have time to comment but had planned to return to your page to leave a comment but you found mine and left a comment before I could get back! Anyway, I love your portfolio--you really have a mastery over B&W photography. Your portraits are outstanding--great models, tones, contrasts, poses, etc. I especially like several of the shots of your daughters--they are beautiful young ladies and you do a great job of capturing their beauty. I'm not sure what kind of issues you had with your eye but I'm glad to hear things are going well for you--I'm a doctor so I take note of medical issues like that (even though I work on bones, muscles, and joints and not eyes now). Hello Friend!

Well here it is another year is passing away and we are coming into the holidays. I think time starts to go faster as we get older, it was just yesterday I wished my friends Happy Holidays and here it is again the end of a year. The holiday lights are starting to be put on some of the trees here in Dallas, we were out last night and some were lighting the trees. I wish for you all a holiday season with family and friends, after all is said and done all we have is each other.

I want all of you to know just what your comments and ratings on my work means to me, your words are my motivation, my drive to discover, to learn this art that we all love, thank you for taking time and thank you for caring about my works. At the same time thank you for letting us see your world, our lives are so much the same, we all care about our families and friends and we all share the same things, maybe someday our photos will help make for a lasting world peace.
