Mark, you have a lot of good shots. I try not to look at names when making comments/ratings, and your shots come up fairly often. The landscapes are great, and I really like the way your American portraits have truned out. It's tough to get that kind of realism in color. Thanks for sharing.

i've had great fun experimenting here and there in black and white and sepias, suggest it as a fun project for you to consider when lines and textures are more important than color.

I am so impressed by your portfolio featuring a collection of quality shots I have ever laid my eyes on. The moment I opened your ' sweeping mud ' shot, I knew deep down ' All right, this guy must be the one with photographic savvy. He knows what he is doing and what he wants.' Everybody these days has bought a camera and shoots like mad, but the ones like you who know what work for them are rare in the inventory. Your talent for picking scenes with coherent meticulous composition was all summed up in the ' seeping mud'. I hadn't visited your portfolio then. Now I am happy I had guessed right.

I also like to thank you for your comment on my shot in the Kolakchal file. I should say your are quite a talented critique yourself who succinctly use words to serve a good critique. That's a talent too. I love if you also comment on the other shots if that's not so much trouble.

Wow. You really get around and have a great eye.  I'm not much of a Canon fan, but you really know how to use one.

Just curious regarding your tennis photos: were you taking them one at a time or taking multi-frame shots?  And if so, how many frames per second?
