Dear Ali
I went through your photos. It's a good begining but you need to have a better vision about what you see around. I recommed you to take a look at some photography books specially in Composition and Color. If you are Iranian, so you can get such books from SOROOSH Publishing Co. in Enghelab street. Hope to see more works on the net.
Regards,
Arash Sharifi

A very good portfolio, like your architecture folder best. You study at Sharif? Your photo of the pendulum in physics dep. was real good. Keep up the good work.

Dear Seyyed, I'm so glad because your comments on my humble jobs! About my light style management, I use the natural light always it's possible, you know, my home is a house very luminous with big walls of crystal looking to the whole cardinal points in different angles, so, I can choose the hour of the day depending on the effects that I'm searching for. Except my folders about kids, museum, chapels, and some of the BW jobs the whole rest of shots were taken in my house, themes are about my house and objects too. By the way, I'm the author of the design and colors of my home. You know, passion is passion.
Now, I was looking your portfolio, and you're doing great jobs among another with poor results. Photos basically are light Seyyed, but not only that.
As far as I can see you're in the searching path, and this is very good, exploration with an open mind is the secret, and the understanding that photography are pointed to transmit emotions and sense, not just a demonstration of academic technical facts well managed.
Keep it in mind and take your camera right now (with the flash shut down...)and go off looking for all those things and beings that are touching your brain and your soul. Greets from the south. Salaam Aleikum.

Hello Friend!
Well here it is another year is passing away and we are coming into the holidays. I think time starts to go faster as we get older, it was just yesterday I wished my friends Happy Holidays and here it is again the end of a year. The holiday lights are starting to be put on some of the trees here in Dallas, we were out last night and some were lighting the trees. I wish for you all a holiday season with family and friends, after all is said and done all we have is each other.
I want all of you to know just what your comments and ratings on my work means to me, your words are my motivation, my drive to discover, to learn this art that we all love, thank you for taking time and thank you for caring about my works. At the same time thank you for letting us see your world, our lives are so much the same, we all care about our families and friends and we all share the same things, maybe someday our photos will help make for a lasting world peace. May you and your family be blessed this season.
Happy Holidays and Happy Shooting

frameing
thank you for your comment on my photo form india. you bring up a good point which i havnt quite figured out yet. frame. for all these india photos that i have put up, i just put a very very simple black border to bring out the colors and the subject. i should do some research on framing. espescially because with black and white in the the darkroom, i can never decide wether to do white borders, black borders, both. none.. etc etc. Any ideas are great. thanks again and best of luck.
james
p.s. feel free to upload that photo and photoshop a frame to show me your idea.
