Wow Ray, I am so impressed with a lot of images in your portfolio. You have captured some very nice subjects but it is your treatment of these subjects that give them a fine art flair that I enjoy very much. I myself am just now starting to experiment with diffusion via digital "enhancements" and am quite excited by the early results. I will use your work as a source of inspiration :-))

Ray, I found your portfolio by clicking on names in the b&w film forum. I've got to say, I really admire your work. Your understanding of composition, and your fondness for traditional b&w photography have helped you build quite an impressive body of work. I've also read your "about the photographer" section on your GoDaddy website. Sounds like you have an admirable lifestyle. Hope to see more of your work.

Imprssive MF portfolio. I found myself entirely absorbed in your lith treatment... Well done; I'll be back for more.

Cheers from Ottawa.

Ray,

Thank you for your compliments. I agree that the photograph looks like a lith print, but it does not come near the delicate warmth and soft light of your photographs. You have a great portfolio. Looking at your work gets me excited to begin learning darkroom technique (as I come from a digital background).

Thanks again,

Morgan Crawford
